Adversity (Nan) and Oxygen (Yang)

Thursday Short Story Slam Week 29: Dramas and Freedom

As I travel cross the bay,
I feel sick of something I see,
I begin to know why God is needed
while many people consider themselves well educated,
There are occurrences fundamentally wrong,
They exist because subjectivity dominates some all along.
Ones with bills paid, homes bought,
may not feel fully content to what's been sought,
No absolute gains among a group of jeers,
and joy comes after painful tears.
Stay hopeful when life unfolds,
dramatic disasters, the way T-storm goes.
To panic instead of inspire,
is way too high to transpire,
Last time's loss may turn into next time's success,
The chances are up for our own access,
In crests of waves, in vast sea,
We surf against the tide to see what we can see.
